There’s nothing better for your nervous system, particularly as a self employed person, than living below your means. When I first started making good money, I increased all my outgoings, which just gave me a new minimum I had to make each month. It’s much better to just live comfortably and be smarter with money. I was stressed! Ha

As long as you know what's important, anything else that may tempt you goes into the "I'll buy later" bucket.

I saw this term being used on a ton of reels on Instagram as an “aesthetic” which i thought to be very odd considering the ones reposting were wearing 5k bags from The Row. Glad I landed here! Great article 🤍

Mia, it’s great and admirable that you’re making this topic chic and for younger women!

I’m on the middle aged side of the spectrum 🙃 and had picked these things up from childhood (I just always liked money!) and working among lots of men, early in my career. Without those 2 pieces of luck, I’d be trying to catch up now.

So thank you for contributing to female society in this way. It’s so important!

SO GOOD! I absolutely fell into lifestyle creep when my income increased and 0/10 recommend. I canceled over $700 in subscriptions this month once I decided to make eye contact with my bank account!! 🥲
