Another great post, Mia. I always learn a lot from you. I've been thinking about how so many of us from Gen Z aim to have a soft life, but most of us aren't willing to pay the price for it. Dreaming big is easy, but being disciplined and hard-working is another story. I truly believe I can have a soft life, however I don't think it will come without a cost right now. I'm working hard, learning, investing as much as I can, and staying frugal so I can achieve that. Nothing’s free. Ever. Love your content, and I’m so happy to see you thriving!
Wow. Love all of this. Especially the actionable items at the end. I really resonate with everything you said and thought it was a unique way to get to talking about financial independence. Kept me reading.
Firstly, thank you so much - that really means a lot to me! As someone just starting out it's very encouraging to hear things like this and inspires me to keep going. Secondly, that is super interesting and well said. I only just came out of my 9-5 but I think the only thing that propelled me on quickly was being adaptable and thinking like an entrepreneur even as an employee. :) x
